The wheels used in storage trucks are mainly polyurethane wheels and nylon wheels. It is well known that the quality of the forklift wheel will directly lead to the abnormal use of the forklift, and the electric forklift will have higher quality requirements for the wheel, and the polyurethane electric forklift wheel is a widely used one. Polyurethane fork wheels are one type of forklift tires with more advantages.
· Abrasion resistant: wheels made form polyurethane will often outwear other wheels when severe abrasion is a factor. It has been proven to be vastly superior to rubber wheels, plastics wheels and metal wheel in many transportation applications.
· Oil and solvent resistant: Polyurethane wheels have excellent resistance to oils, solvents, fats, greases and gasoline.
· Load bearing capacity: Polyurethane wheels have a higher load-bearing capacity than any conventional rubber. Because of this characteristic, it is an ideal material for load wheels, heavy duty couplings, metal-forming pads, shock pads, expansion joints and machine mounts.
· Tear resistant: Tear-strength ranges between 20-50 kg./linear cm, which is far superior to rubber wheels. As a result, urethane wheels are often used as traction wheels for forklift trucks, drive belts, drive wheels for drums, roll cover traction and in automated sorting systems.
· Weather resistant: Polyurethane wheels have outstanding resistance to oxygen, ozone, sunlight and general weather conditions.
· Excellent noise abatement properties: The hard urethanes are being used in envirionments where engineers desire sound reduction. The soft urethane wheels are used to replace wheels with a hard surface like metal, cast iron or Polyamide for improved sound/vibration dampening.
· Flex-Life: Most polyurethane wheels offer extremely high flex-life and can be expected to outlast other elastomer materials where this feature is an important requirement. Dust boots, bellows, diaphragms, belts, couplings and similar products are made from urethane for this reason.
· Electrical properties: Polyurethane wheels have excellent electrical insulating properties.
· Heat and cold resistant: Polyurethane wheels can be used to 100°C. At low temperatures, polyurethane wheels can be used to -20°F.
· Urethane wheels have replaced metal wheels and cast iron wheels, with benefits such as weight reduction, noise abatement and wear improvements being realized.

Q1. What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in Non fumigation pallets or standard cartons. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded pallets after getting your authorization letters.
Q2. What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% T/T balance be paid before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
Q3. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 25 days for one 20 foot container. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
If urgent order, please inform us, we will try to delivery in advance.
Q4. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds for you.
Q5. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: We have special inspection department. Our inspection group must inspect the quality and outlook of the tires before they are stocked. They must inspect again before the delivery.
